Pre-Installation Checklist
Before starting, confirm the following requirements:
Toilet Compatibility: Confirm seat measurements. This model is best suited for standard U-shaped toilet bowls.
Power Outlet Access: A standard electrical outlet must be within 1.4 metres of the toilet (power cord length is 1.4 m).

Quick Installation Guide
1. Turn Off Water & Remove Old Seat
Shut off the main water valve at the wall and flush the toilet to empty the tank. Unbolt and remove the existing toilet seat, then clean the mounting surface.
2. Install Wall T-Valve & Plumbing Connections
Disconnect the existing water supply line from the wall valve. Install the T-Valve onto the wall plumbing port. Apply plumber’s tape to male threads to minimize leak risks, and don't forget to include the rubber washers as per the guide before reconnecting the hoses.
3. Insert Rubber Expansion Plugs
Push the rubber expansion plugs firmly into the mounting holes on the top of the toilet pan.
4. Position & Loosely Secure Mounting Bracket
Place the base bracket and metal fixing plates over the rubber plugs. Insert the screws and tighten them loosely so the bracket can still slide for alignment.
5. Align the Seat
Slide the seat onto the bracket to check alignment with the toilet bowl rim. Adjust the bracket position as needed.
6. Final Tightening & Mount Seat
Press the release button to slide the seat off. Fully tighten the bracket screws, then slide the seat back onto the bracket until it clicks into place.
7. Connect Bidet Hose to Elbow Port
Connect the flexible water supply hose from the T-Valve to the elbow port on the bidet.
8. Test for Leaks & Power On
Turn the main water valve back on slowly and check all connections for leaks. Plug the power cord into the nearby wall outlet.

Our smart bidet seats are designed for quick, straightforward installation that takes most customers under 30 minutes using standard tools. The process simply involves removing your existing toilet seat, turning off the water valve, installing the included T-connector, and attaching the water hose.

Compliance Note: In accordance with Australian plumbing standards (WaterMark certified products), we recommend consulting a licensed plumber if you are unfamiliar with basic plumbing or backflow prevention requirements.

The power point should be located within 150 cm of the toilet seat.

Custom Extended Cord: Unlike many standard bidets with short cords, our models feature custom extended power lines (150 cm) specifically ordered from our manufacturers to easily reach nearby outlets without hassle.

Safety & Cable Management: Ensure the power cord is run neatly flush against the wall and tucked safely out of the way. It should not cross water lines, hang across floor spaces, or create a trip hazard.

Extension Cords: For safety reasons in bathroom environments, using standard extension cords is not recommended. If you do not have an outlet within 150 cm, we advise contacting a licensed electrician to install a power point closer to the toilet.

Standard rainwater systems used strictly for flushing toilets are not recommended for direct connection to smart bidet seats.

Water Quality & Hygiene: Under Australian water standards, personal hygiene fixtures require clean, drinking-quality (potable) water. Untreated rainwater can contain microscopic debris and bacteria that are unsafe for intimate washing.

Protecting the Seat: Standard bidet sediment filters are designed for municipal tap water. Untreated tank water can clog internal heating elements and fine spray nozzles, potentially damaging the unit and voiding your warranty.

The Solution: If your toilet cistern uses tank water, you can easily connect the bidet’s water supply to a nearby mains water line—such as the clean cold water pipe beneath your bathroom sink—using a flexible hose extension.
