We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping. Standard and Express shipping options are available for Australian addresses, with shipping costs and delivery estimates displayed at checkout.

Standard rainwater systems used strictly for flushing toilets are *not recommended* for direct connection to smart bidet seats.
Water Quality & Hygiene: Under Australian water standards, personal hygiene fixtures require clean, drinking-quality (potable) water. Untreated rainwater can contain microscopic debris and bacteria that are unsafe for intimate washing.
Protecting the Seat: Standard bidet sediment filters are designed for municipal tap water. Untreated tank water can clog internal heating elements and fine spray nozzles, potentially damaging the unit and voiding your warranty.
The Solution: If your toilet cistern uses tank water, you can easily connect the bidet’s water supply to a nearby mains water line—such as the clean cold water pipe beneath your bathroom sink—using a flexible hose extension.
Our smart bidet seats are designed for quick, straightforward installation that takes most customers under 30 minutes using standard tools. The process simply involves removing your existing toilet seat, turning off the water valve, installing the included T-connector, and attaching the water hose.
Compliance Note: In accordance with Australian plumbing standards (WaterMark certified products), we recommend consulting a licensed plumber if you are unfamiliar with basic plumbing or backflow prevention requirements.

The power point should be located within 150 cm of the toilet seat.
Custom Extended Cord: Unlike many standard bidets with short cords, our models feature custom extended power lines (150 cm) specifically ordered from our manufacturers to easily reach nearby outlets without hassle.
Safety & Cable Management: Ensure the power cord is run neatly flush against the wall and tucked safely out of the way. It should not cross water lines, hang across floor spaces, or create a trip hazard.
Extension Cords: For safety reasons in bathroom environments, using standard extension cords is not recommended. If you do not have an outlet within 150 cm, we advise contacting a licensed electrician to install a power point closer to the toilet.
